Description: Basic Functions: Plans, develops, organizes and implements all activities and services provided by the Catholic Charities Adult Say Services site for frail elderly. Ensures that established policies, guidelines, regulations and fiscal constraints are observed. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ADC facility, including but not limited to supervising staff, overseeing the facility and ensuring quality care for all participants.

Preferred Requirements: Relevant Master in Health or other fields in Human Services. Three years of experience including two years of supervisory experience.

Minimum Requirements: BA, BSW or RN. Five years of experience including two years of supervisory experience.

Other Requirements: IDOA ADC Mgmt. Cert. IDPH Food Sanitation Certification
